The new CMF 2W Teleassistance offers the possibility to equip the security system with a camera.
This unique solution allows you to monitor the cabin during the request for assistance, avoiding the common problem of false alarms that cause the useless sending of a rescue team to the plant.
During the emergency call, the camera takes a picture that is sent in real time to the emergency call center.
The photo – in addition to showing the inside of the cabin from which the alarm request started – shows the date, time and exact location of the plant.
Thus, if there are passengers inside the cabin, you can act promptly. Otherwise, the exit of a special team will be avoided.
The activation of the camera occurs only during the alarm request: in this way, the privacy of the users is always safeguarded.
The camera monitoring system does not require special connections but only uses the two non-polarized cables already in use by the 2W Teleassistance.
The appliance works both via Wi-Fi connection and via the GSM network.
